1. Why have you changed your name?

Once we started to acquire and incorporate more luxury labels to our collection, we came to realise that our most popular brand is MONA, and we thought this was the perfect way in which to celebrate it. Our new name represents our vision to offer you the very best of exclusive luxury brands throughout Europe. And although we have a different name, we want to assure you that you can still expect the same quality products and services you’re used to. Our name may have changed, but our values never will.

2. What happened to Artigiano?

We have expanded our range to include 100’s more products from trusted European brands based on customer feedback. This means that we will be reducing the number of own branded products in the Artigiano collection. We will however continue to offer the Artigiano collection of customer favourites including trousers, jeans and skirts.

3. Has the company been taken over?

No, it is just a rebranding. Everything will stay the same.

4. I have tried to go on to your website but it redirected me to mona.co.uk. Why?

Our website address has been updated to reflect our new name, but the content and functions that you are used to are the same and your account will not be affected.

5. Will my online account change?

Your online account will stay exactly the same and you will be able to access all of your details as before, including the status of any recent orders.

6. Do I need to change the password for my online account?

There is no need to change your existing password or any other account details. Our name has changed, but your online account will stay the same.

7. What’s your new address? / Has your address changed?

Our address has not changed—it is still PO Box 75661, London, WC1A 9PU. Any post sent to this PO Box will be delivered directly to us.

8. The parcel says MONA but the paperwork says Artigiano. Why?

If you placed your order before we officially changed our name to MONA, the paperwork may still show the name “Artigiano”. This is nothing to be concerned about and your order is valid.

9. I ordered from Artigiano but I received a MONA parcel.

We recently changed our name to MONA, so all orders placed after our name change will display our new name. This is nothing to be concerned about and your order is valid.

10. Will I still get my refund?

Yes, you will still receive your refund subject to our returns policy.

  • If you paid by UK debit or credit card or PayPal, your refund will reach your bank account 3 to 5 working days after the return has been processed. Our name change will not affect your refund.
  • If you paid by cheque, we will issue a refund cheque as soon as the return has been processed. This cheque will say MONA, but we can assure you that it is valid.

11. How will your name change affect my credit card refund if it comes from a different company?

Our company has not changed, just our brand name. Refunds and charges to credit cards will now appear as ‘MOF MONA’on your statement and your refund will not be affected.

12. My returns label still says Artigiano. Is it okay to use?

Yes, Royal Mail will continue to deliver your return parcel to our returns warehouse—this address has not changed. They have been made aware of our name change and will deliver to the address on the label.

13. My returns label says Artigiano. Should I return items with Hermes instead?

Please do not return with Hermes as we do not have a contract with them to handle our returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return if you send it with Hermes. As always, please drop your return parcel off at your local Post Office with your free Royal Mail label. It will then be sent to our returns warehouse for processing as normal.
